Any issues with the facilities were handled quickly, which we really appreciated.We stay at the Ala Moana Hotel every year, and taking care of trash has always been a bit of a hassle, so it was great that we could simply leave it in the hallway to be picked up. We've stayed with many different owners over the years, but this one was the best.We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit.Thank you for helping make our trip so enjoyable!

Best but poor water flow in bathtub

However, the bathtub drain was slow, only draining about 1 cm of water per minute. As a result, simply using the shower caused a large amount of water to accumulate in the tub, taking about 20 minutes for it to drain completely. Aside from that issue, the quality was satisfactory.

It was a very relaxing stay.

Usually when we stay in a Hotel, we get a room keeper. But the Vacation Rentals don’t have that service. So I use it as my own room. It was very relaxing. Of course we were satisfied the location, the view and the price, everything. Daily breakfast on the lanai of my room was very nice! Mahalo nui.

Usually when we stay in a Hotel, we get a room keeper. But the Vacation Rentals don’t have that service. So I use it as my own room. It was very relaxing. Of course we were satisfied the location, the view and the price, everything. Daily breakfast on the lanai of my room was very nice! Mahalo nui.

Right around the corner from the largest open air mall in the world! It's a short walk from the beach as well. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the unit, and housekeeping (we stayed 4 nights and didn't see anyone). I read from another review that if you put your trash outside the door, they pick it up, so we did do that. Other than that, no complaints.
