There was some mold and mildew in the shower and it could use some new sheets on the bed and towels in the bathroom. The unit had plenty of utensils in the kitchen for cooking and BBQ outside. I would stay there again and do a good cleaning on day one. We were there for 3 weeks. You can’t beat the price for the location.

The only issue we had was a lack of sheets and blankets. There were two small fleece blankets for three of us. But we made do and everything else was wonderful.

Then use the elevator to get up to the unit to get the fob. You need the fob to get to the garage elevators. We made the mistake of parking first and then couldn't get to the elevators without the fob. The unit was comfortable and clean. There are many appliances to use along with tableware. The shower head was a bit weak, but it served its purpose. Communication with the host was good whenever we had a question. It was answered in a timely manner. We had dinner at Basalt located in Dukes Lane Market & Eatery near International Marketplace. The food and service were excellent!

Lovely visit on Oahu

Close enough to the beach and shopping to walk, easy parking for my rental car, amazing view, great pool, comfortable beds. This trip was the perfect mix of being a tourist and seeing my son. All the elevators were really fast and everyone very helpful. The pull out bed was doable and I slept well. The location was good and close to the beach.

Our unit was clean and equipped with necessary amenities with extra towels and two beach chairs. We were not able to connect to the room Wifi and weren`t able to find where to contact about the issue, so we used our own portable Wifi. Overall it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Other than having a fire alarm go off at 5 am and everyone evacuating on a false alarm the place was a great stay and close to everything.

The location was ideal if you want to be a little bit away from the main tourist area but within walking distance to beach. My only minor complaint was with cleanliness of floor on arrival. A few minor things were also not cleaned well but otherwise and overall a great place that I would stay at again.

The Villages, US, March 24, 2022 January 2022日後に49日間滞在Condo was clean. Close to everything. Nothing fancy here but that’s why the price is low. Very short walk to the beach. Pool area nice. Grills for cooking cleaned daily. ABC store close as well as a Mini Mart on the 5th floor. Parking was also included so this is a no brainer. RENT THIS CONDO!!

The view from the lanai of this 36th floor room was exceptional, right in front of Ala Wai CC daytime, and beautiful mountain view with twinkling night lights. Rooms are good and have enough space to relax and to dine. One thing I've noted was the dust on the duct cover over the ceiling of bath room, and full of dust in the dust case of the cleaner, which we cleaned up!
